The voting in single-mandate district was considered void at a polling station #140232, located in the village of Novotroitske (Dobropillia raion). Commission members had put the stamp "Removed" against a name of candidate who didn't removed his candidacy. Observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civic Network OPORA reported about this violation.

"Commission members have mistakenly removed a majoritarian candidate Viktor Tryfonov insted of Ruslan Terebushkin, who has removed his candidacy shortly before the elections. We wrote a complaint on actions of the Commission, re-counted ballot papers, and voided the single-mandate district voting at this polling station," – informed the DEC #50.

However, party list voting (in the single nationwide election district) at polling station #140232 was considered valid.
