As of 08:00 AM, the turnout in the early parliamentary election throughout Ukraine makes 51,2%. In particular, in central oblasts (Vinnytsia, Zhitomyr, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Sumy oblasts, and Kyiv city) the voter turnout is 55,1%; in the West of the country (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, and Chernivtsi oblasts) – 59,7%, while in the East (Donetsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts) – 41,1%, and in the South (Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia oblasts) – 42,4%. The error is 1.9%.
