As of 16:00 AM, the turnout in the early parliamentary election throughout Ukraine makes 40.6%. In particular, in central oblasts (Vinnytsia, Zhitomyr, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Sumy oblasts, and Kyiv city) the voter turnout is 43,9%; in the West of the country (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, and Chernivtsi oblasts) – 46,1%, while in the East (Donetsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts) – 32,6%, and in the South (Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia oblasts) – 34,6%. The error is 1.6%.
