In the city of Uzhgorod (single-member district #68), at regular polling station #210770, managers of the PEC didn't stamp four control sheets, put into sealed ballot boxes.

PEC members explained that they forgot about the stamp. OPORA's observer has drawn up a report on electoral law violation.

The DEC #68 explained members of the PEC that new stamped control sheets should be put into the ballot box, and consider those unstamped as irrelevant objects.

As of 10:30 AM, new control sheets haven’t been put in ballot boxes yet. At the same time, the voting at polling station continues.

OPORA reminds: according to the Article 84(4) of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, control sheet shall be signed by all the election commission members present and, upon request, by MP candidates, their authorized persons, authorized persons of parties, or official observers. The signatures shall be affixed with the seal of the election commission.

According to the Article 90(11) of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, "If the members of the commission have doubts as to the authenticity of a control sheet, or in other doubtful situations specified in Parts eight and ten of this Article, the precinct election commission shall adopt, by voting, a decision recognizing the ballot papers contained in the ballot box as ones that shall not be subject to counting during the establishment of the total number of voters who took part in the voting or in the vote counting for the nationwide election district within the single-mandate election district or for the single-mandate election district. The respective decision and the results of voting shall be entered in the minutes of the meeting of the commission.
