Only two stationary ballot boxes for 1,472 voters are available at polling station #590836, located in the city of Romny (center of district #161).

Observer of the Civil Network OPORA paid attention that only two stationary ballot boxes are available at a relatively large polling station.

Head of the PEC Liudmyla Andrenko informed that they received four stationary ballot boxes from the district commission, but two of them are in poor condition, and members didn't manage to assemble them.

The observer himself saw disassembled ballot boxes at the polling station. They are in a poor condition, indeed. If the voter turnout is high at this polling station, a queue can appear, or there may be some problems when taking out ballot papers from the box for counting.

Head of the PEC insists that it's impossible to solve this problem on the election day, and the absence of two ballot boxes won't have significant influence on activities of the commission.
