Petro Poroshenko has won in all election districts besides ED #178, centered in city of Chuhuiv (Kharkiv oblast). Mykhailo Dobkin has won there with 33.73%. Poroshenko goes second with 27.17%.

 

Poroshenko received the highest level of support in Lviv oblast (69.90%), Vinnytsia oblast (67.32%), Ivano-Frankivsk oblast (65.13%), and in Kyiv city (64.10%). As for election districts, the candidate received the largest number of votes in district #125 (centered in city of Pustomyty, Lviv oblast) – 75.49% of voters. In the very same ED #178 he received the smallest number of votes.

Yuliia Tymoshenko wasn't so equally supported as the leader of voting. Thus, Tymoshenko took the second place after Poroshenko in most oblasts. However, the second place is taken by Serhii Tihipko in Eastern and Southern Ukraine. Citizens of Kharkiv oblast gave the smallest number of votes to Tymoshenko (7.64%). As for districts, the best Tymoshenko's result is in ED #205, centered in city of Storozhynets, Chernivtsi oblast (24.39%), and the worst result in ED #59 (centered in city of Mariupol, Zhovtnevyi city district) – 5.19% of votes.

The third place took Oleh Liashko. He was supported most in his small fatherland – Chernihiv oblast, particularly in ED #213 (21.81%). In Chernihiv oblast in general, he received 16.59% of votes. Citizens of Volyn and Rivne oblasts also gave a lot of votes for Liashko – 14.55% and 13.23% of votes respectively.

In general, Anatolii Hrytsenko has got the best results in Cherkasy oblast – 9.04%. The candidate received the largest number of votes in ED #199 (centered in city of Horodyshche, Cherkasy oblast) – 11.75, and the smallest number of votes – in ED #144 (centered in city of Artsyz, Odesa oblast) – 1.63%.

Serhii Tihipko is o]n the fifth place, according to the election results. The biggest number of voters supported the candidate in Donetsk oblast (19.59%), Odesa oblast (18.57%), and Luhansk oblast (15.74%). 0.57%, 0.69% and 0.83% of citizens supported Tihipko in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Lviv oblasts respectively. As for election districts, Tihipko's best result is in the ED #144, centered in city of Artsyz, Odesa oblast – 28.34%, the worst – 0.31% – in ED #124, centered in city of Yavoriv, Lviv oblast).

Within the monitoring campaign, OPORA attracts observers in every Ukrainian oblast to the conduction of long- and short-term observation during snap Presidential election, interim Parliamentary elections (district #83), and special local elections. In 2014, the course of election campaign from official start to the announcement of winners was analyzed by 190 long-term observers. 2,000 short-term observers joined them on the election day. To secure observation during Kyiv Mayoral and City Council Elections on 25 May, OPORA deployed 500 short-term observers. On the basis of collected data, OPORA has prepared interim reports. OPORA has published results of parallel vote tabulation based on statistical sample (PVT).
