OPORA's observer reported that the Head of precinct election commission #800489 in district #218 Mykola Borysovych Maiboroda (representing Petro Symonenko) has disappeared.

He's not available for the third day. This precinct has some problems with protocols which must be corrected. The voter turnout number was written in the column of the total number of voters. In other words, both columns contain the same number — 1593. Thus, according to this protocol, the voter turnout is 100%.

However, the total number of voters included in the voter list is 2,426. The district election commission cannot compile the final protocol because there is no seal. The issue was reported to the police.
