At 8pm, the voter turnout on special elections of the President of Ukraine was 60%. Thus, for example, in Central oblasts (Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad oblasts and Kyiv city) the voter turnout was 63%; Western oblasts (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, and Chernivtsi oblasts) – 70%; in the East (Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Luhansk oblasts) - 48%; and South (Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts) was 48%. The margin of error is 2.6%.

OPORA is planning to inform the public and mass media about voter turnout during the voting day.
