In two polling stations in Sumy, ballot papers for participation in Presidential and local elections were issued by the same voter list, what is a grave violation.

In particular, in the polling station #590913, two ballots were issued by the same list. In the polling station #590997, three ballots were issued by the same list: for Presidential election, election of city mayor, and member of oblast council.

After remark of observers, these violations were removed, but it's still unknown how many people managed to vote by this scheme.

Besides this, in the PEC #590986, a number of ballot papers are in safe, but they should be in the sight of commission members. At this very polling station, observers have noticed that the ballot was issued when the voter showed the battle participant certificate, but not the passport, what is the violation of election legislation.
