This information was given by the secretary of the PEC # 801013, DEC #223, Oksana Osnik (representative of the candidate for the President Y. Tymoshenko)

According to the commission member at DEC #223 Anna Kurinna, such protocols were given to all PEC during the day prior to elections, which approve the signatures of the Heads of the PEC at a respectful document in the State register of voters of Shevchenkivskyi district.

Maksym Yakymov, a 20-year-old student, representative of Mr Yarosh, who is also the Head of the PEC #801013, he did not check the content of the package with the protocols when receiving it at the State register.

At the same tome, he says that the absence of these protocols were noticed by other commissions in the district.

The Head plans to solve this problem by making a copy of such a blank from the neighboring commission.
