TV program "Before You Vote" is a joint project of the Civil Network OPORA and Hromadske TV, aimed to inform citizens about the course of election campaign and help them to become knowledgeable voters. In this part: fast questioning of Olha Bohomolets, Valerii Konovaliuk, and Zorian Shkiriak; briefly and clearly about functions of the CEC, DECs, and PECs; "portraits" of another four Presidential candidates; and adventures of observer Anatolii Bondarchuk.

This new part of the program "Before You Vote", will tell you about:

- which Presidential candidates give voters loads of gifts despite it's against the law?

- declarations, programs, biographical facts about Presidential candidates Renat Kuzmin, Vasyl Kuibida, Oleh Liashko, and Mykola Malomuzh;

- rubric "There is a question": from the politics to music tastes (fast questioning: Olha Bohomolets, Valerii Konovaliuk, and Zorian Shkiriak);

- about election commissions (CEC, DEC, PEC): system, authority, and responsibilities. Which candidates don't have their representatives in DECs. Where to appeal if you are not included in electoral lists;

- Anatolii Bondarchuk, OPORA's observer will tell how he prevented ballot-box stuffing during 2013 Mayor elections in Vasylkiv.
