The CEC has satisfied the request submitted by Civil Network OPORA regarding permission to deploy official observers during special Presidential election on 25 May 2015.
The Commission indicated in its resolution that Civil Network OPORA has proved its all-Ukrainian status, and is goaled for the conduction of observation during the election process in accordance with the electoral legislation of Ukraine.
According to the Article 68(1) of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of the President of Ukraine, official observers from civic organizations may participate in the election process.
