According to observers of Civil Network OPORA, the vote count in the PEC #800968 was nontransparent and chaotic. Every member of the PEC was counting ballot papers in his own way, what made impossible to control the process of counting votes for the certain candidates.
Members of the PEC ignored all remarks of observers and continued counting ballot papers. Besides that, unauthorized individuals and MP candidate Vasyl Kovalchuk were present during the vote count.
