OPORA’s observer from the PEC #320288 (Hlevakha village) reported that one of the PEC members tried to take 100 unused ballot papers away from the polling station. Observers called a police mobile group, who questioned witnesses of the incident.

However, after that, the head of commission insisted and PEC members voted for a decree implying that OPORA’s observer should leave the PEC's meeting hall because of his “provocative activity”. Therefore,  PEC members accused the observer himself of illegal attempt to take away the unused ballot papers.
