Kyiv oblast: Representative of Mr. Liashko was campaigning in favor of Andrii Lozovyi in the PEC

Observer of Civil Network OPORA has reported that in the PEC #321335, at 3:30pm, a "representative of Liashko" appeared, and started loudly urging everybody to vote for MP candidate Andrii Lozovyi. In results of observers' initiative, members of the PEC have drawn up the protocol of electoral law violation, after what the "representative" has escaped safe.
