In the voting room of a precinct election commission #801021 (SCHOOL #24) in a district #223 two ballot boxes were turned upside down, although at the morning meeting PEC members casted control ballots there. Answering OPORA's concerns, a head of commission said that because of a low turn-out they would not use these two boxes at the polling station.
