Mykolaiv oblast: a voter tricked commission members to take a photo of a ballot paper

This incident was reported by observer of Civil Network OPORA at polling station #480389 in Kryve Ozero.

A woman, who came to vote, have loudly appealed to commission members and observers – "you are sitting here, and don't even aware of what is happening outside!" A number of people reacted to what she said and went out. Simultaneously, the woman received her ballot, entered the booth, and took a picture of it, – a flash of mobile phone was noticed. Then, the woman put her ballot into the box.

It should be mentioned that there was nothing happening outside, witnessed by members of the PEC and observers who went to check.
