Kyiv: People are transported to polling stations in district #223

At 11:30am, OPORA observers have detected a car (registration number АА 2409 ВА) near the PEC #801003 (Music school #5, 15 Borshchahivska st.), which was transporting the voters in the district. The driver Anatolii informed that he's working on a vegetable factory, owned by the MP candidate Viktor Pelypyshyn. In accordance with the owner's order, all the transport belonging to the factory was used for transportation of people to polling stations on the election day, December 15.
