On December 16, at 11:00am in the UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St.), Civil Network OPORA will hold a press-conference titled "Elections in 5 districts: summarizing the election day".

OPORA will present an interim assessment of the election day and the voting results in 5 districts (#94, 132, 194, 197, and 223). Besides that, it will also present the results of parallel vote tabulation, conducted by observers, analyze how incidents have influenced the voting results, discuss functioning of commissions at different levels etc.

On December 15, OPORA has mobilized 600 short-term observers, who secured the implementation of quantitative and qualitative watch over the turnout and voting results. As long as exit-polls are not conducted, parallel turnout tabulation conducted by the OPORA is unique, and the organization will gladly share its results with journalists.
