Civil Network OPORA, which conducts observation during the midterm election of Member of Parliament in district #224 (Sevastopol city), informs about some incidents on polling stations.

On polling station #850017 (Inkerman city), the journalist of the Tochka OPORY newspaper have personally noticed that a commission member threw two ballot papers in the ballot box. Members of the precinct commission publicly announced that the journalist have mistaken. According to their version, two ballot papers were simultaneously put into the ballot box by citizens who came to participate in the voting together. However, the journalist of the Tochka OPORY newspaper doesn't confirm this version. Commission member, who, according to the witnessing journalist, has put ballots into ballot box, refused to name candidate, which she represents in precinct election commission.

OPORA observers have noticed that rules for placement of information placards about candidates for MPs of Ukraine were violated in two polling stations of district #224. In polling station #850001 (Balaklava city), information placards of only three candidates can be easily accessed by the voters. Instead, information placards of the other candidates are in inconvenient places. Commission members explained that their chose of places for placards is based on popularity of candidates.

At the same time, in polling station #850029 (Rodnykivske village), a pile of information placards are left outside the polling place. Therefore, the voters have no chance to get the corresponding information. The Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine provides that information placards shall be placed in the polling place, or right in front of it, according to the order of candidates in the ballot paper.

A group of people, including the MP of Ukraine Volodymyr Saldo (the Party of Regions), the Editor-in-chief of the Khersonskyi Visnyk newspaper Olha Spivakivna, and official observer from the Continent MPHO Serhii Shapoval, came to the polling station in Tylove village of district #850025. These individuals have drawn up protocol of electoral law violation regarding agitation for the candidate of the CPU Vasyl Parkhomenko near the polling station. However, OPORA's observer examined the territory few times after the voting began and didn't notice any agitation near the polling station.
