At 10pm, polling stations in Vasylkiv (Kyiv oblast) and Berehove (Zakarpattia oblast), which conducted special elections of city mayors, were closed. OPORA was conducting parallel turnout tabulation at all polling stations of these cities.
At 10pm, the turnout in Vasylkiv was 35.3 %. Such data were provided by the territorial election commission. According to OPORA's calculations – 32.5 %.
Territorial election commission has informed that turnout in Berehove was 49.96%. OPORA observers, which were conducting parallel turnout tabulation, have calculated 48.73%.
OPORA activists are present in all polling stations of Vasylkiv and Berehove, observing the vote counting procedure.
