Civil Network OPORA informs that all polling stations in Vasylkiv (Kyiv oblast) and Berehovo (Zakarpattia oblast) were opened in time. Voting is held from 8am to 10pm on 18 polling stations in Vasylkiv and 13 polling stations in Berehovo.

33 thousand 265 persons were included to the final voter list in Vasylkiv. 0.53% voters in Vasylkiv will vote outside the polling station.

20 thousand 405 persons were included to the final voter list in Berehovo. 1.3% voters will vote outside the polling station.

Some notices from OPORA observers

Voters in 13 buildings on Kotsoubynskyi St. in Vasylkiv city, which belong to the polling station #321281, for unknown reasons haven't received an invitation to vote. Voters from these buildings came to the polling place but commission members didn't confirm their presence in voter lists. After clarification from the voters, it was confirmed that they belong to this polling station.

On PEC #321277 in Vasylkiv city, two men were trying to receive ballot papers despite they didn't have the corresponding registration in their passports. According to the PEC Secretary, men were showing him travel documents, saying that it's voting invitation. These persons were not given ballot.

On polling station #14012 in Berehove city, stationary ballot box had cracks. PEC Members decided to use the box after gluing a piece of paper over cracks.
