There are a lot of mistakes in protocols of the Precinct Election Commissions, what could influence the election results in the district.
Despite there was little number of opposition representatives in the election commissions, the Dnipropetrovsk authorities didn't manage to hire their supporters with a sufficient knowledge of Ukrainian language to work in PECs. It is obvious from the vote count protocols.
For example, the protocol of the polling station #120653 (district #37) in Shestirnia city of Shyrokiv rayon, was signed with mistakes by all members of the PEC including officials. In paragraph three on the first page (the number of voters, included to the voting list on polling station at the end of Election Day) contains a spelled number eight hundred fifty four. The word fifty (п’ятдесят) is written with superfluous soft sign: "п’ятьдесят". In paragraph eight on the second page of the protocol (the number of ballot papers in the single-mandate election district which shouldn't be counted) contains a spelled number zero (нуль). However, the word is written with letter "o": "ноль".
The most surprising is the fact members of the PEC do not distinguish the numbers. In a table with number of votes for every candidate, in front of a candidate from the Communist Party of Ukraine (number five in the list) Dehtiar Volodymyr Mykolaiovych, the number fifty seven is spelled, but in figures it is written as 37. By the way, the word fifty (п’ятдесят) is written correctly here (carefully spelled).
The question rises whether it is a misspelling of an attempt to steal votes from the other candidate.
