Vinnytsia oblast: The court dismissed claims filed by candidates in problematic districts

Ukraine's Supreme Administrative Court (USAC) refused to order the Central Election Commission to declare candidates from All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland Nataliia Soleiko (ED #11) and Ivan Melnychuk (ED #14) to be elected deputies in Vinnytsia oblast.

USAC determined claims on illegitimate actions during the determination of voting results in single-mandate election districts # 11 and 14 filed by candidates as unsubstantiated.

Besides that, the court has lifted a prohibition on the official declaration of voting results in districts #11 and 14 by the CEC.

We remind that a self-nominated candidate Oleksandr Dombrovskyi has won in the district #11, and a self-nominated candidate Viktor Zherebniuk – in district #14.
