Ukraine's Supreme Administrative Court (USAC) has forbidden the Central Election Commission to declare voting results in single-mandate election districts #11, and #14 in Vinnytsia oblast.

USAC has initiated proceedings on suits brought by candidates from All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland Nataliia Soleiko (ED #11) and Ivan Melnychuk (ED #14).

Besides that, the court has forbidden the Central Election Commission to declare voting results in districts #11, and #14 until the case in considered, and has forbidden their official publishing in "Holos Ukrainy" and "Uriadovyi Kuryer" newspapers.

The court demands form the CEC all the election documentation from these districts, including minutes of meetings and decisions of district and precinct commissions.

The consideration of the case on the district #14 was appointed for today, at 10 am; on the district #11 – at 15 pm.

We remind that a self-nominated candidate Oleksandr Dombrovskyi has won in the district #11, and a self-nominated candidate Viktor Zherebniuk – in district #14.
