Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal ruled to declare the acts of precinct commissions No.210198 (Osii, Irshava Raion) and No.210188 (Malyi Rakovets, Irshava Raion) unlawful. Relevant judgements were published in the online newspaper Mukachevo.net.

It refers to the fact that official representatives of the candidate for People's Deputy of the Party of Regions Stepan Derkach weren't allowed onto the premises during the voting and vote counting.

Based on the judgement, Khust DEC (single-member electoral district No.71) by secret ballot took a decision to cancel voting results at the station No.210188.

There were not enough votes to cancel the results at the station No.210198.

According to OPORA observer, now the DEC has to assemble again to take its further decisions. According to Zakarpattia media, some members of the DEC are under pressure, and the leaders of the Oblast visited the DEC.

If voting results are cancelled at a few more stations, in the district where now the candidate of the United Centre Pavlo Baloha has won, the candidate of the Party of Regions Stepan Derkach will become a winner.

According to official results of the count, Baloha gained 23,045 votes when Stepan Derkach — 22,089.
