In the SMED No.60, two precinct election commissions made incorrect amendments to ballots.  PEC No.140534 (Orlovske in Telmanove Raion) stamped „Withdrawn“ opposite the name of the All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda in the ballot for voting in the national multi-member district.

Commission members confused this political force with the Ukrainian Platform Sobor, which registration of candidates was cancelled on 15 October. The mistake was discovered today, the night of 26 October.  Thus, 151 ballots were damaged.

Also, PEC No.140153 (Donske, Volnovakha Raion) incorrectly stamped “Withdrawn” opposite the Ukrainian Platform Sobor. According to the Regulation of the CEC No.18211 of 22 October 2012, the stamp “Withdrawn” shall be affixed so that the stamp covers a blank box for voting. This PEC hasn't followed this requirement when making amendments to about 2K ballots.

The district election commission appealed to the CEC to resolve these problematic situations.
