In Vinnytsia, on 24 October, were noticed Volga car with some men on Yunist avenue, which were dissemination black PR leaflets without an imprint, campaigning against an MP candidate in district #11 Oleksandr Dombrovskyi
These men were also distributing a provocative newspaper, which imprint gave information about 5 thousand of printed copies, but in fact, more than 20 thousand of copies were found in a trunk of Volha.
We asked who proposed to disseminate such leaflets, and one of detained answered, that "people near tents proposed to work as delivery men".
"We disseminate all campaign materials which they give us, but if we knew that it's a violation, we wouldn't agree to do this. I was proposed to earn some cash near tents on a square near the Officers House. A man approached me and promised 100 UAH for dissemination of 4 thousand of newspapers and leaflets to mailboxes", - told one of "campaigners".
Besides that, detained man told that he "attracted" 4 of his acquaintances, and that they were supposed to spread 20 thousand of newspapers containing black PR.
Men informed, that printed materials were give them from a bus on Maksymovycha St. They couldn't give a car number, phone or other coordinates of "employer". Men say they were paid in advance and given a hundred of Hryven on fuel.
Law enforcement bodies were informed about the violation.
