The CEC appoints Head of the district commission in the single-member electoral district No.193 with the centre in Kamyanets-Podislkyi. Under the quota of the parliamentary faction YTB-Fatherland, teacher Olha Lipman, who was appointed twice, was replaced by the 66-year-old university lecturer Mykhailo Anosov — former Head of the City Council and the City Executive Committee, and later Secretary of Kamyanets-Podilskyi City Council.
The first Head of the DEC Pavlo Bilous was taken the heat off when several commission members filed a lawsuit against him. Nadia Mazuryk, who replaced him, was then replaced by Olha Lipman. However, for one day, Volodymyr Tiurin was replacing her, who had been officially registered as an observer of the All-Ukrainian Union Sobor before. Meanwhile, Olha Lipman, together with the commission member Serhii Krotik, defended the legitimacy of the district commission at the CEC meeting. As on 10 October, the Central Election Commission considered the matter of termination of powers of the DEC of the district 193 as outrages were detected in its work — after the draw, representatives of four parliamentary factions weren't included into the composition of one of the stations, which is stipulated by the law.
Before the approval of a new Head of the DEC No.193, Ukraine — Forward Party of Nataliia Korolevska submitted a proposal on replacement of his Deputy. Instead of Liudmyla Kazimirova, a deputy of Kamyanets-Podilskyi City Council of the All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland Roman Ftemov now works in the commission. Furthermore, powers of the commission member Liudmyla Khytriuk (faction the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defence) were terminated in connection with submission of the proposal of Oleh Mazuryk. By the way, she had also been replaced by Valerii Andrukhovych but returned to the district commission. In general, Oleh Mazuryk is the fourth representative of this faction in the DEC in Kamyanets-Podislkyi. In one of his videos, it can be seen how the commission member Vitalii Belinskyi (Rus Bloc Party) and other commission members were interrupting recording and elbowed their former leader from the premises of the district commission.
