Perhaps the first time in Ternopil oblast, a man responsible for dissemination of campaign materials without an imprint was brought to administrative responsibility

The incident which took place in late September in Berezhany city, according to the information provided to OPORA, resulted in bringing the violator to administrative responsibility. Here mentioned an incident when campaign materials without imprint were disseminated in support of a self-nominated candidate Ivan Chaikivskyi (district #165, Zboriv city). Although it's not the one incident in the oblast, it was investigated by officers of the MIA of Ukraine only because an indifferent citizen informed about the violation.

A person, which disseminated illegal printed materials (supposedly, on his own initiative) together with official, admitted his guilt, and was brought to administrative responsibility. However, there are no reasons to anticipate that this incident will become a good lesson for other campaigners – OPORA has already noticed new leaflets, and even billboards without an imprint.
