Widespread voter bribery in district #92 organized by the Build the Future Together Charitable Foundation, headed by the MP candidate from the PR Serhii Katsuba, was reported.

In particular, there is a video from Tetiiv city, on which pensioners received product sets in the boiler house.

After an agent of another candidate in those district reported this violation to the police, presents were disseminated to homes.

On 18 October, another incident of voter bribery was noticed in Stavyshche rayon (Kyiv oblast). Representatives of All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda and All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland noticed in Stavyshche town a load of goods, borough in order to be spread through village councils on behalf of Mr. Katsuba's Charitable Foundation. The police was informed immediately.

Now, these cases of voter bribery are being investigated, and representatives of oppositional candidates prepared the corresponding complaint to the CEC.

OPORA reminds, that indirect voter bribery is a violation of the Article 74 (13) of the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine”.
