On 23 August 2012, MP candidate from the Party of Regions Vitalii Zhuravskyi presented a road in Malyn city (OED #66), which was repaired "by his assistance".

According to the OPORA observer in Malyn city, meeting of the candidate with a small number of citizens was no longer than 10 minutes. The MP candidate in the election district #66 congratulated citizens on the Day of the Flag and Independence Day. He emphasized, that road repairs conducted in Malyn city (no longer than 1 km) cost from 2 to 2,5 million (he forgot to mention the currency).

It's interesting, that residents of a micro district where the road was repaired were not aware of the official's visit.

OPORA observer asked why there are so little people on the meeting. "Campaign organizer" answered, that they invited only local team of the candidate and they were supposed to bring people which received 50 UAH in July. He explained, that yet in early July "Campaign organizers" made a list of residents of their micro districts, and gave them 50 UAH after receiving passport data.
