A candidate from the United opposition asserts, that he was attacked by the team of political competitor in Dubno city. The conflict took place on 25 August during the celebration of the City Day. After his speech to the citizens, the MP of Ukraine invited to speak the candidate from opposition in district #154 Valentyn Koroliuk. An unknown man came on the stage with the politician and tried to prevent the politician from speaking. The young man was pushing Valentyn Koroliuk away from the microphone and grab his arms. According to the candidate, the man twisted his fingers to cause a pain shock.

After all, the MP of Ukraine Yurii Prokopchuk defended the candidate and sheltered him with own body during the speech. The unknown man moved back only after Valentyn Koroliuk appealed to the Dubno city Mayor with a request to bring order on the stage and stop provocation. After the man saw a Mayor heading the scene, he stopped interfering in the performance of the candidate.

Valentyn Koroliuk assumes that this man is working for the pro-power candidate Danylo Korylkevych. To prove it, he presented photos on which Mr. Korylkevych is depicted with the man which hindered candidate's performance in Dubno city.
