OPORA begins the external independent testing public monitoring campaign in 2011. The organization has already registered 463 observers in regional centers of education evaluation. The coverage of the testing points is from 25 to 75% that depends on the popularity of the subject within the graduates. The most massive tests will be under most strict control. Each observer will send the reports about the procedure keeping and possible violations. Besides, one of the OPORA delegates will work in the appeal committee of the UCEQE.
OPORA reminds that the Ukrainian language and literature testing will be held on June 2 and 3. The EIT participants will start working at 11:00. The time limit is 180 minutes for 61 task.
Along with the EIT and graduation monitoring, OPORA will provide free legal consulting. If you call the hotline phone (044) 225 32 81, you’ll get qualified help or you can tell about the violations. The organization hopes that it will help to protect the rights of those graduates who are eager to get the student ID honestly. Besides, on the website of CN OPORA there will be the electronic map of EIT violations that can be filled in by all who care. The only demand is the absence of anonyms.
