According to the information collected by observers of Civil Network OPORA at polling stations that were selected using a nationally representative sampling, the voter turnout as of 8:00 PM is 63.2% (margin of error 0.8%). To compare, the voter turnout at 4:00 PM on 2014 presidential election was 60%.

The most typical violation, detected by OPORA's observers from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM was issuance of a ballot paper without passport verification. Such incidents were reported at 4% of polls. The percentage of such violations during 2014 early election of the President of Ukraine was the same.

At 3.4% polling stations, observers detected incidents that could be classified as violation of voting secrecy through showing a marked ballot at a polling place. This indicator reached 2.3% on 2014 early election of the President of Ukraine.

From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, voters illegally took pictures of their ballots at 1.2% polling stations. This violation was detected at 0.9% of polling stations during 2014 early election of the President of Ukraine.

OPORA's observers reported that at 8:00 PM, when the voting finishes, 1.4% of polling stations had queues of citizens intending to cast their votes.

Thus, the voting process from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM was conflict-free, but there were still issues with voters attempting to take pictures of their ballot papers or receive them without verification of documents.
