The Parliament is blocked by the opposition again. This time – in connection to the deprivation of the Fatherland faction member Serhiy Vlasenko of parliamentary mandate. We remind, that the VRU Head Volodymyr Rybak appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine regarding the deprivation of Vlasenko of parliamentary mandate for combining his parliamentary duties with law practice.

The Deputy Head of Parliamentary Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement Volodymyr Oliinyk, has mentioned that deputy authorities are terminated in this case in accordance with the Article 81 of Ukrainian Constitution. "The Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure determines the fact of dual jobholding, and sends its resolution to the VRU Head, which appeals to the Court. Only the court may take the final decision", – Mr. Oliinyk stated.

However, Serhii Vlasenko has again emphasized, that he was just defending Yuliia Tymoshenko, and wasn't her layer. He has also informed the journalists that he has received a summon to the Prosecutor General to come for questioning as a witness on March 11. Still, he didn't specified in which particularly case. "if I won't have the MP's Immunity, any investigator for 72 hours at his own discretion, even without the Court decision", – said Vlasenko.

With similar accusations, the Higher Administrative Court has deprived the Party of Regions faction member Andrii Verevskyi of his mandate. The MP was combining the membership in the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations with a position of the Chairman in Kernel Holding S.A.
