All-Ukrainian NGO "Civil Network “OPORA" is announcing a tender for an SMM service provider. We are looking for a person to let the world know about our work on social media.
Expected services:
- Generating ideas, writing texts, and creating visual solutions for social media posts.
- Editing videos for social media (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts); optional: independent filming.
- Publishing content on OPORA’s pages in Ukrainian on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube, and in English on LinkedIn and BlueSky.
- Creating and managing a content plan for social media.
- Adapting OPORA's analytical materials and thematic news to the formats of different social media platforms.
- Tracking trends and selecting the best publication formats for each platform.
- Generating and participating in the implementation of ideas for engaging with followers.
- Monitoring mentions of the organization's pages and processing follower comments.
- Monitoring social media statistics and analyzing audience engagement.
- Interacting with designers and other contractors, setting terms of reference (for complex and creative content production solutions).
- Close cooperation with OPORA's communication team and the authors of analytical materials.
- Promoting posts, setting up advertising campaigns, targeting, and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
OPORA's social networks and digital channels are strategic tools for interacting with the audience, building trust, and expanding influence in Ukraine and beyond.
Key Requirements for Candidates
- Professional experience in SMM for at least 3 years.
- Understanding of the specifics of electoral processes, parliamentary work, and the non-profit sector.
- Experience in writing engaging texts that grab attention.
- Skills in design and working with graphic and video editors.
- English language proficiency no lower than B1-B2 level.
- Fluent command of Ukrainian.
- Ability to plan and adhere to deadlines.

Candidates must submit the following documents:
- Resume/portfolio.
- Price offer per hour of service provision.
- Information about experience working with non-governmental organizations (if applicable).
The winner will be selected based on an analysis of the candidates' professional experience and competence. Positive experience working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage.
Candidates who are selected for the second round will be invited for an online interview.
The amount of payment for services will depend on the results of the online interview. The form of cooperation can be changed by mutual agreement.
